eBPF diagnostic tool for VXLAN MTU blackholes — the silent failure where large packets drop with no log output while small pings pass. Attaches four BPF programs simultaneously (TC sched_cls ingress/egress + kprobes on icmp_rcv and ip_do_fragment) and returns one of six verdicts in a single 5–60 second run. No kernel module, no config change, no traffic disruption.
